What was done?

House of Hope is in Bethlehem, Jerusalem and was started in 1962 by a Christian woman who saw a need for blind or mentally challenged children. It houses 24 children who receive full care including schooling, which the public system does not provide for them. They are allowed to go home for one weekend per month to be with their family. The families do provide some fees but there is high unemployment in the area (around 30%) because of restrictions due to being in an occupied area. They employ 16 people as house parents/woodshop workers/teachers. CRWRF made a one-time donation ($10,000) to help with their budget.
